Electric Screw Penetration (Torque) Tester

  1. Equipped with three chrome-plated steel shafts and linear bearings, providing excellent wear resistance and low friction to enhance testing stability.
  2. The electric hydraulic system eliminates the inconvenience and noise associated with air compressor systems.
  3. Fully automated displacement design allows smooth and convenient operation.
  4. Descending speed is adjustable, and the left/right automatic shifting distance can also be adjusted according to testing requirements.
  5. The machine automatically ascends after testing is completed to improve operational efficiency.
  6. A two-speed (high / low) gear transmission system eliminates the need to replace the drill, meeting different testing requirements.
  7. Large LCD display provides clear readings with an elegant appearance and built-in data memory function.
  8. Optional RS-232 interface allows connection to a computer, saving time on data recording and report preparation.
  9. Optional mini printer can be connected to avoid manual recording errors.
  10. After connecting to a computer, PTF-200RS can measure torque, rotation speed, penetration depth, and testing time when screws penetrate the test plate, and generate corresponding testing curves.
